Senior Quantity Surveyor

A sociable and dynamic Quantity Surveying consultancy with an impressive client base is seeking a Quantity Surveyor or Project Surveyor, eager to push or move into a Senior Quantity Surveyor position.

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor shall be based from the consultancy's modern, open planned, London office with a team of 15+ who cover an array of projects including private residential, heritage, commercial and art projects up to £20m.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

Initially, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead on a high end, residential project where you will carry out a Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration role, pre and post contract.

You will also pick up and support on a variety of other projects with support from the wider team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• 5+ years' quantity surveying experience
• Good cost planning experience
• Contract administration experience is a bonus
• Client facing / Strong communication skills / excellent technical knowledge
• Hold a RICS related degree, or MRICS
• Cost management / cost consultancy experience
