Senior Quantity Surveyor

A national quantity surveying consultancy with a close-knit team in Hampshire, are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work alongside one their newly promoted Partners in Winchester.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a Quantity Surveying team of 15 strong who work across an impressive portfolio of projects including residential (student accommodation, build to rent, and mixed use), private education, health, fit out, and marine.

Day to day, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage a team of 4-5 quantity surveyors, with the support of a Partner, whilst also running projects from a quantity surveying and employers agent perspective.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Ideally MRICS - if not, completed a construction related degree
• Quantity Surveying or Employers Agent background
• Cost Management / Quantity Surveying consultancy experience
• Pre and post contract experience
• Good management and client managing skills
