Senior Quantity Surveyor

An architectural consultancy with a diversely skilled Quantity Surveying team are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to add further substance to their Quantity Surveying consultancy in London.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing Quantity Surveying jobs across the new build residential sector, as well as refurbishment and remediation projects.

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will also assist/ act as an Employers Agent, working on legal claim work, and mentor less experienced Quantity Surveyors.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Residential sector experience
• Employers Agent experience would be beneficial
• JCT knowledge
• Able to produce high level estimates
• Valuation experience
• MRICS or hold a RICS degree
