Senior Quantity Surveyor

A thriving Project & Cost Management Consultancy is seeking an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Manchester team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join the company at a very exciting time. Working with a long-term client on a prestigious 400+ acre site set to be the biggest brownfield regeneration project for the next ten years at £3bn.

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a team of 15 working in a client facing role. The idea is to build a team solely dedicated to this client managing their present and future projects.

Initial responsibilities include cost planning and estimating, liaising with the client and team, sourcing contractors, tendering, and putting budgets together.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

• The ability to work autonomously
• The desire to build a team
• Experience working on large new build developments
• A Quantity Surveying or construction related degree qualification

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

• £55,000 - £65,000 (negotiable)
