Senior Quantity Surveyor

An independent building consultancy with a small Quantity Surveying team in London, are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with Associate ambitions, to join them as one of the current Senior Quantity Surveyor's relocates.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

Reporting to the Director of Quantity Surveying, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will predominantly run their own projects from start to completion, pre and post cost management.

Project wise, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working on industrial, office, and residential (New builds and refurbishment) schemes valuing up to £200m.

There is also the option to mentor assistant quantity surveyors.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS is preferred
• Senior or Associate level of experience
• Able to run projects independently and work as part of a team
• Comfortable building relationships with clients
• Good pre and post cost management experience
