Senior Quantity Surveyor

One of the UK's leading Developers are looking to add a commercially minded Senior Quantity Surveyor to their Brentwood office.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join an award-winning team working on residential new build developments from 50-untis to large, multiphase schemes 1000+ units.

With a reputation for high quality design and build and incredible opportunity for progression. The role will be split between working from the office in Brentwood, site, and home where possible.

You will be responsible for the day to day commercial management of allocated sites as well as the management & development of more junior Quantity Surveyors.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Previous experience in a similar role or looking for a step up
• Experience working with a Developer / House Builder
• Experience managing residential new build projects from start to finish

In Return?

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

• £60,000 - £70,000
• Car allowance or Company car
