Senior Quantity Surveyor

A local, highly respected Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their head office in Surrey.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working alongside a Director on a mixture of residential, commercial office, and large industrial units across London and the South.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor shall also mentor less experienced Quantity Surveyors whilst running projects from inception to completion from a quantity surveying and employers agent perspective.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• Able to commute to the Surrey office
• Hold a RICS accredited degree, or MRICS
• 6+ years' Quantity Surveying (PQS/Consultancy) experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Employers Agent experience a bonus
