Senior Quantity Surveyor

A Top Tier Residential Developer are looking to add a commercially minded Senior Quantity Surveyor to their London office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As part of the surveying team, you will be responsible for controlling all aspects of costs and monitoring all commercial aspects of a development from procurement to final accounts.

Responsibilities will include:

• Preparing subcontract enquiry lists and collating all tender information for approval by Head of Commercial - with assistance from Commercial Manager
• Preparing tender analysis
• Ensuring sub-contractor weekly and monthly applications for payments are analysed and checked
• Preparing detailed breakdown of build cost included within land acquisition pack
• Carrying out monthly valuations and CVR's
• Attending site visits

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Previous experience working with a residential developer or contractor
• Experience working on residential projects
• Experience running projects from start to finish
• A relevant degree qualification is beneficial

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:
