Senior Quantity Surveyor

A close knit, Chartered Surveying practice in Croydon are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with residential housing experience to join them due to one of their long standing Quantity Surveyors retiring.

Based out of the Croydon office and working from home, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will take the lead on delivering residential projects from inception to completion.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will also carry out a fund monitoring role due to a spike in work within that sector for the practice.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS would be beneficial
• Residential, housing experience
• Pre and post contract experience
• Comfortable commuting to Croydon 2+ days a week
• Any monitoring experience would be advantageous
