Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Partners of a medium sized and award-winning Quantity Surveying practice, who operate across multiple sectors are now looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in central Birmingham.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be given the autonomy to take the lead on projects within the Commercial, Media, Heritage and Residential sectors. This would also consist of New Build, Refurbishments and Restorations.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining an organisation who have won awards for their delivery of projects, including indivdiual awards for their ambitious and client facing Quantity Surveyors.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Ideally the Quantity Surveying Partner would like to see;

• BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying
• 5 minimum years Post Qualified
• Confident with Pre & post contract handling
• Confidencee with running meetings
• Open to running teams
• Multiple sector experience
