Senior Quantity Surveyor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a market leading Residential Developer at their head office in Enfield.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a well-established Developer with a turnover of £200m working on exciting residential developments across London and Essex.

A friendly, family-oriented company that prioritizes it's employees training and development and boasts a strong employee retention rate.

They have a strong pipeline of projects and have a number of developments kicking off on site over the next 12 months. The successful Senior Surveyor will take over commercial management of a couple exciting developments.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Experience working with a Developer / House Builder
• Experience managing residential projects from inception to completion
• Previous experience in a similar role
• A construction related degree qualification is beneficial

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:
