Senior Quantity Surveyor

An award-winning Tier One Developer are looking to add an energetic Senior Quantity Surveyor to their Leatherhead office.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage 2x projects, a 150-unit development in Guildford and the companies prestigious, flagship project consisting of 2,000 new homes - both projects within 45 minutes from the office.

The role will be split between working from the office, going to site, and working from home. The role comes with incredible opportunity for progression and could be the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Project QS looking to take that step up to Senior QS.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Experience working with a large residential developer
• Experience working on large, multiphase residential new build projects
• Experience managing projects from procurement to final accounts
