Seeking a Skilled Project Manager for a High-End Residential Build in South London

My client, a leader in constructing bespoke and luxurious residential properties, is in search of a Project Manager to oversee a significant and intricate build in South London. This role offers the chance to be at the forefront of a project that promises to redefine luxury living in one of the most desirable locations in the city.

The Role: The appointed Project Manager will be responsible for leading the project from inception to completion, ensuring all objectives are met within time, budget, and above all, quality expectations. This position demands a proactive and detail-oriented approach to manage the unique challenges of a high-end residential build.

The Project Manager will:

• Exhibit a solid history of delivering complex, high-end residential projects.
• Possess excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Be well-versed in current construction practices, sustainability standards, and luxury finishes.
• Have a strong background in managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Be qualified with a relevant degree in Construction Management or related field, along with CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certification.
