The Senior Project Manager:

The successful Senior Project Manager will be at the forefront of intricate and high-value residential builds. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of project delivery, from initial planning to final execution, ensuring that each project meets exacting standards and quality. Your responsibilities will include project planning, team leadership, budget management, and client liaison, all carried out with an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Lead, coach, and motivate project team members and contractors, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

The Senior Project Manager:

• Proven experience in managing complex high-end residential builds, particularly in the Super Prime/Luxury sector.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within high-end residential construction.
• Demonstrable ability to lead high-performing teams, delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients, architects, and construction teams.
• Relevant construction qualifications, with a deep understanding of the latest industry standards and luxury design trends.
