The chosen Senior Project Manager will spearhead numerous sophisticated, high-value office refurbishments across Central London. In this critical position, you'll manage all facets of project execution, from the initial strategy phases through to successful completion. Your duties will encompass project strategy, guiding teams, budget oversight, and stakeholder engagement, all executed with a relentless pursuit of excellence.

This role represents an exceptional opportunity for the incoming Senior Project Manager to step in and direct several complex, premier office fit-out projects, with ample prospects for future growth and progression into a more senior position.

Key Duties:

• Direct and oversee project development from start to finish.
• Establish project objectives, goals, and outcomes in conjunction with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Craft and present detailed progress reports, proposals, documentation, and presentations.
• Actively manage changes in project scope, identify potential challenges, and develop contingency plans.
• Inspire, mentor, and lead project team members and contractors to promote a cooperative and productive work environment.

The Ideal Project Manager:

• Must have prior Project Management experience within a Main Contractor setting.
• Ideal candidates will have experience with high-end or fit-out projects.
• Holds construction-related qualifications.
• Possesses strong communication abilities and a client-facing demeanor.

In Return:

• £65,000 - £75,000
