Responsibilities:

• Leading project development from start to finish.
• Defining project objectives, scope, and deliverables in close collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

• Motivating and guiding project teams and contractors towards achieving project goals.

Candidate Profile:

• Extensive experience in Project Management, preferably within a Main Contractor setting.
• A strong background in managing high-end or luxury fit-out projects.
• Relevant academic and construction-related qualifications.
• Outstanding communication abilities and a client-oriented approach.
