Exciting opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for high-end residential construction to join a rapidly expanding company based in Birmingham. As we set our sights on significant growth, aiming to double our staff count this year, we're looking for a Project Manager who can drive success across the Midlands, delivering exceptional quality and craftsmanship in every build.

The Role:

As a Project Manager, you will play a central role in our ambitious expansion plans. Your primary responsibility will be to lead high-end residential projects across the Midlands, ensuring each project is delivered to our exacting standards, on time and within budget. This role requires a blend of strategic project planning, team leadership, and a hands-on approach to managing every aspect of the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the successful delivery of high-end residential projects from inception to completion, ensuring the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to meet or exceed project goals.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Travel across the Midlands to monitor project progress, making strategic decisions to mitigate risks and resolve issues promptly.
• Contribute to the growth of the company by upholding our reputation for excellence in the high-end residential sector and exploring opportunities for new projects and business expansion.

The Project Manager:

• Demonstrated experience in managing high-end residential construction projects, with a portfolio that showcases your expertise in delivering luxury builds.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams to achieve excellence.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Flexibility to travel across the Midlands, ensuring the highest level of project oversight and client engagement.
• A relevant degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field is preferred.
