Senior Project Manager

A small to medium sized project management construction consultancy is looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join their expanding office in Birmingham.

The Senior Project Manager's Role

This Senior Project Manager will engage with projects in a variety of build sectors, and will see projects through from inception to completion, taking on both Employers' Agent duties and Contract Administration duties.

With an emphasis on Client-side dealings, this Senior Project Manager will work to complete projects on time, on budget and to a high standard. Projects this Senior Project Manager should expect to work on include high-end Residential fit outs and refurbs as well as Education and Healthcare based projects.

Senior Project Manager Requirements

• 5+ years of prior Project Management Experience working with Construction Consultancies
• Understanding of either Employer's Agent or Contract Administration duties
• Education, Residential or Healthcare build sector experience
• Ideally hold a RICS accredited degree
• Member of, or working towards, a Construction-based subscription (RICS, APM, CIOB)
• Articulate, client-facing and commercially aware
