Senior Principal Designer

A medium-sized, multi-disciplinary consultancy with a significant presence in Bracknell is actively seeking an experienced Senior Principal Designer.

This consultancy, known for its expertise and reliability in the industry, offers an opportunity to manage a project portfolio across the South East, with a primary focus on residential and infrastructure sectors.

The Senior Principal Designer role

As the Senior Principal Designer, you will be taking on a leadership role within the team.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing a diverse range of projects, ensuring that design and construction phases are compliant with health and safety regulations.

You will be integral in guiding the team and clients through the complexities of the Construction Design and Management regulations, especially in the residential and infrastructure sectors.

The Senior Principal Designer

• Extensive experience as a Principal Designer, with a focus on delivering high-quality services.
• A strong background in residential and infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Construction Design and Management regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, able to effectively manage a team and liaise with clients and stakeholders.
• NEBOSH and/or IOSH qualifications, demonstrating a commitment to health and safety standards.
