As the successful Senior Principal Designer, you'll be at the forefront of managing your own diary and projects. This pivotal role encompasses the responsibility of providing Principal Designer services under the CDM 2015 regulations.

Your expertise will be pivotal both in-house and externally, working with a varied range of clients.

The Senior Principal Designer

• Extensive experience in delivering Principal Designer services under CDM 2015 regulations.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse project portfolio effectively.
• Strong organisational skills to efficiently manage your own diary and responsibilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for both in-house and external client interactions.
• Relevant qualifications in construction, design, or health and safety, such as NEBOSH, with a preference for candidates with a strong construction/design background.
