Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor

A global cost management consultancy is seeking a technically strong, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Senior Quantity Surveyor as they continue to grow and develop their engineering, quantity surveying team in Manchester.

The Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor shall take ownership of their own, full M&E projects across the Sports, Leisure, and Residential sectors, as well as supporting on the more complex schemes which require a team effort.

Day to day, in regard to project delivery, the successful Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for:

• Technical due diligence
• Front end cost reporting
• Preparing full cost plans
• Leading project team meetings
• Liaising with mechanical engineers

The Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor

• Experience working within a consultancy environment
• Mechanical & Electrical background
• RICS accredited degree qualification
• Ideally MRICS or working towards
• A successful track record delivering MEP services
