Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor

The Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveying Partner of a Central London Cost Management consultancy is seeking a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to strengthen his team.

The Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor will join a close-knit M&E team who support a team of 40+ quantity surveyors across an array of residential, commercial, data centre, and hotel projects.

Alongside supporting the traditional quantity surveying team, the new Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor will have his/her own projects to deliver which will involve:

• Technical Due Diligence
• Liaising with engineers
• Front end cost reporting
• Full cost plans
• Leading project team meetings

The Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor

This would suit a M&E Quantity Surveyor will Associate ambitions, and someone who is happy to work within a small team.

• MEP/M&E Quantity Surveying experience
• Worked for a consultancy / cost management practice
• MRICS or working towards
• Good pre contract experience
• Comfortable producing cost plans
