The newly appointed Senior Fire Risk Assessor will lead projects autonomously, carrying out thorough Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments across a multitude of environments, such as residential spaces, commercial premises, HMOs, and towering high-rises. Ideal for those who are driven by accountability and wish to deploy their expertise in a vibrant and multifaceted role.

The Senior Fire Risk Assessor

  • Brings at least 2 years of specialized experience in fire risk assessment.
  • Is a Tier 2 or 3 registered professional on the TFRAR (Fire Risk Assessor Register), showcasing a dedication to upholding high industry standards.
  • Ideally, has practical exposure to conducting Type 1-4 risk assessments on-site, with additional training available for skill advancement.
  • Exhibits adeptness in performing compartmentation surveys, vital for evaluating building fire safety.
  • Holds esteemed professional memberships with IFE/IFSM, affirming their recognized skill in fire risk assessment.
  • Comes with a diverse background in executing fire risk assessments for the residential, commercial, and retail sectors, demonstrating an all-encompassing understanding of different environments.
  • Possesses exceptional client engagement abilities, committed to delivering superior technical guidance and solutions.
  • Is proficient in assisting with the formulation of documents, policies, and procedures, thereby enriching the consultancy's operational efficacy and knowledge base.
