Senior Fire Risk Assessor

A globally renowned multidisciplinary consultancy based in Manchester is on the lookout for a driven Senior Fire Risk Assessor to bolster their Fire Risk Assessor division.

The Senior Fire Risk Assessor's Role

The appointed Senior Fire Risk Assessor will autonomously manage a portfolio of projects. Responsibilities include conducting Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments across a diverse range of settings, encompassing residential areas, commercial spaces, HMOs, and high-rise buildings.

The Senior Fire Risk Assessor

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the field
• Registration on the TFRAR at Tier 2 or 3 (Fire Risk Assessor Register) is essential
• Experience or willingness to conduct site visits for Type 1-4 risk assessments (with provided training)
• Skilled in compartmentation surveys
• Holds professional membership in IFE/IFSM or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience in residential, commercial, and retail sectors
• Client-focused with a commitment to maintaining high standards of technical delivery
• Supports the creation of documents, policies, and procedures
• Has a keen interest in advancing their career within the risk assessment industry
