The Senior Fire Consultant's Role

The selected Senior Fire Consultant will be tasked with conducting comprehensive Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments, scrutinising Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) and fire strategies. This role demands a solid grasp of British Standards and the capability to oversee quality and technical aspects of construction projects. Moreover, the Senior Fire Consultant will engage closely with clients, delivering expert fire safety guidance, staying abreast of legislative updates, and devising fire safety strategies and management plans.

The Senior Fire Consultant

• Registered on the FRAR (Fire Risk Assessor Register).
• Proficient in conducting site visits for Type 1-4 risk assessments.
• Skilled in fire door and compartmentation surveys.
• Competent with Bluebeam software.
• Adept at developing fire safety strategies.
• Capable of identifying and solving fire safety-related issues.
• Committed to supporting the creation of documents, policies, and procedures.
• Driven by a desire for career advancement within the risk assessment field.
