A medium-sized, international Construction & Property Consultancy, renowned for its innovative and dynamic approach, is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join their vibrant Leeds team.

This is a prime opportunity for a motivated individual to lead exciting Retail and Healthcare projects across the UK, Europe, and Australia.

The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-profile Retail projects, ranging from expansive superstores to bespoke convenience stores, as well as complex Healthcare schemes.

Your role will involve steering these projects to success, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work with a diverse portfolio of clients, including leading names in both food and non-food retail sectors.

The successful Senior Project Manager will demonstrate a deep understanding of mixed-use stores with concessions and cafes, retail pods, and outdoor trading areas. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating the unique challenges these sectors present.

This role comes with fantastic opportunity for long term progression to an Associate role as well as management opportunities and support with Chartership. Working from the office 2-3 days per week and from home or site the remainder.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

The incoming Senior Construction Project Manager will have:

  • Previous Project Management experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
  • A RICS Accredited degree qualification is highly desirable
  • Accredited by RICS, APM or CIOB - or committed to achieving
  • A successful track record managing projects from inception to completion through all RIBA stages
  • Retail or Healthcare sector experience is highly desirable
