The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

The Senior Construction Project Manager will lead and deliver large-scale retail construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

With a portfolio that includes mixed-use stores with concessions and cafes, retail pods, and outdoor trading areas, the successful candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of the retail sector and the unique challenges it presents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of retail construction projects across a variety of scales and complexities.
• Maintaining and enhancing client relationships through exceptional service and understanding of their business needs, evidenced by our long-standing partnerships.
• Effective communication with clients, ensuring clear and concise reporting on project status, both verbally and in writing.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met, fostering a cooperative and productive work environment.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

• Strong retail sector experience within a consultancy, showcasing a track record of successfully managing retail construction projects.
• A degree in Construction Project Management or a similar field, underpinning your technical expertise and strategic approach to project delivery.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and project stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive and dynamic professional, capable of navigating the complexities of the retail construction sector with ease.
