A globally renowned Construction Consultancy is currently seeking a charismatic and driven Senior Construction Project Manager to join their team in Bristol.

This role offers the chance to work on a variety of projects within the Office, Logistics, and Industrial sectors, providing strategic and executional advice to investor, developer, and corporate clients across the UK.

The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

The Senior Construction Project Manager will be responsible for delivering top-tier services throughout the entire project lifecycle. From establishing the initial project brief and advising at the Agreement for Lease stage to assembling a project team and providing budget management, the successful candidate will ensure all projects are executed flawlessly.

The role encompasses risk evaluation, design process management, procurement and tendering advice, and overseeing the delivery phase to project close-out and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing clear project briefs and providing advice at critical project stages.
  • Assembling and leading project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Offering expert advice on budget management, program and phasing, procurement, and tendering.
  • Effectively managing and mitigating project risks.
  • Ensuring seamless coordination and communication with all stakeholders throughout the project.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

  • Must be MRICS qualified, evidencing a strong commitment to professional standards.
  • Possesses at least 4 years of experience in a Senior Project Manager role within a consultancy, demonstrating a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Exhibits enthusiasm for business development, with a keen interest in building new client relationships and controlling all business development activities.
  • Is ideally positioned for a near future move into an Associate Role, with responsibilities including team leadership, client acquisition, and business development.
  • Project Management degree or in a related field.
