This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a diverse range of projects, ensuring their successful delivery in line with the company's high standards.

The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

The Senior Project Manager will be at the forefront of managing projects across various sectors. This position is based in the vibrant Leeds City Centre, offering a blend of office work with frequent site travel and the flexibility of remote working arrangements.

The successful Senior Project Manager will demonstrate a strong ability to lead, coordinate, and drive projects to completion, while maintaining a sharp focus on timeframes, budgets, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day management of multiple projects, ensuring efficient progress and successful delivery.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Implementing effective strategies to manage scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
  • Ensuring consistent communication with stakeholders, maintaining transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

  • Must have substantial Project Management experience within a consultancy or construction environment.
  • Demonstrates an ability to prioritise tasks effectively, meet tight deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
  • Exhibits outstanding communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Shows meticulous attention to detail and possesses strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Project Management or a related field (preferred), or relevant professional qualifications from other industry disciplines.
  • Brings 5-7 years of pertinent experience in the construction or engineering industry, making them a valuable asset to the team.
