The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

In this pivotal position, the Senior Construction Project Manager will be entrusted with overseeing the entirety of multiple projects from conception through to completion. This role involves direct engagement in various sectors, offering the chance to apply and expand your expertise within industrial, commercial, and educational projects. You will coordinate and lead multi-disciplinary teams, maintain active engagement with clients to exceed their expectations, and ensure the efficient achievement of project objectives through effective leadership and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the management of multiple projects, overseeing their entire lifecycle and ensuring they are completed to the highest standards.
• Work across diverse sectors, including industrial, commercial, and education, providing expert leadership and guidance.
• Coordinate and lead multi-disciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure cohesive project delivery.
• Maintain constant engagement with clients, striving to exceed their expectations and build lasting relationships.
• Ensure projects are delivered efficiently, meeting all objectives through effective leadership and coordination.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

• Extensive experience as a Project Manager within a Construction Consultancy, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
• Prior experience working in diverse sectors, with a particular focus on industrial, commercial, and educational projects.
• Possession of, or working towards, construction-based professional accreditation (e.g., RICS, APM, CIOB).
• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively leading teams and engaging with clients.
• Ability to commute to various site locations as required.
