A renowned Construction Consultancy is eagerly seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to enhance their Leeds-based team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage a variety of high-profile projects across multiple sectors, including industrial, commercial, and education.

The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

As a key figure within the company, the Senior Construction Project Manager will:

• Take charge of multiple projects, overseeing their entire lifecycle from conception to completion.
• Work in diverse sectors such as industrial, commercial, and educational.
• Coordinate and lead multi-disciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Maintain constant engagement with clients, striving to exceed their expectations.
• Ensure efficient achievement of project objectives through effective leadership and coordination.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

• MRICS, CIOB, or APM qualifications, or progress towards these certifications.
• Significant experience in a Project Management Consultancy role.
• A degree in Project Management or an equivalent qualification.
• A proven track record managing high-value projects in commercial, industrial, or educational sectors.
• Confidence in client interactions and relationship management.
• A strategic mindset, with a proactive approach to project management.
