A progressive and innovative Construction Consultancy based in Liverpool is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Construction Project Manager.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic professional to lead and manage a diverse range of projects across various sectors, including commercial, government, heritage, healthcare, and residential.

The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

The Senior Construction Project Manager will play a crucial role in the consultancy, providing vital advice to clients on optimising project efficiency and effectiveness. You will be responsible for creating and evaluating business plans, assessing project feasibility, and communicating the benefits of various investment strategies.

Leadership is a key aspect of this role, as you will guide and mentor a team of project managers and support the development of junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing a variety of exciting projects across different sectors.
• Providing expert advice to clients to enhance project outcomes.
• Developing and evaluating business plans, assessing project viability.
• Communicating and justifying investment strategies to stakeholders.
• Leading and mentoring a team of project managers and supporting junior staff.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

• Should be accredited by RICS, APM, CIOB, or in the process of achieving such accreditation.
• Must possess an MSc/BSc Degree in a relevant field.
• Requires previous experience working within a Construction Consultancy.
• Demonstrates experience in managing projects across a range of construction sectors.
• Must be able to commute to various project sites throughout the UK.
