A highly respected Construction Consultancy in Liverpool is currently on the search for an experienced and innovative Senior Construction Project Manager.

This role is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled professional to join a specialised team with a strong focus on education sector projects, particularly school developments.

The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading a variety of projects, starting from significant renovations and new construction ventures to extensions, with project values beginning at £5m.

Your expertise will guide these projects from inception to successful completion, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a broad range of projects across different sectors, with a main focus on education, including commercial, hotels & leisure, education, residential & healthcare.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of projects, ensuring they are completed within time, budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project duration.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within a Construction Consultancy environment, demonstrating the ability to handle a diverse portfolio of projects.
• Previous experience with education-based projects, particularly in the school sector, is highly desirable.
• Membership or working towards membership of a construction-based professional body (RICS, APM, CIOB) is preferred.
• Ability to commute to and from various site locations.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively manage project teams and stakeholder relationships.
