A leading Construction Consultancy is currently seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager for their office in Cheltenham.

The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will be entrusted with a portfolio of dynamic projects across a variety of sectors, including commercial, hotels & leisure, education, and residential & healthcare.

You will be responsible for guiding these projects from their initial stages through to a successful conclusion, ensuring excellence in delivery and satisfaction for all stakeholders involved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle across a diverse range of sectors, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Engage in business development activities, with a strong focus on attracting new clients and initiating new projects to drive business growth.
• Utilize your extensive experience and leadership skills to mentor and develop junior team members, contributing to the overall success of the team.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

• Hold preferred certifications such as RICS, CIOB, RIBA, MICE, or MAPM, demonstrating a high level of industry knowledge and commitment.
• Have extensive experience in a similar role within a construction consultancy, with a proven track record of managing a diverse project portfolio.
• Exhibit a strong ability to attract new business, demonstrating initiative in starting new projects and expanding the company's client base.
• Be highly self-motivated, with the drive to excel in your career and contribute significantly to the business's growth and development.
