This consultancy is deeply involved in a variety of projects across commercial, residential, and healthcare sectors, offering a rich and diverse portfolio of work.

The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

The successful Senior Construction Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the company's projects to success. You will be responsible for project programming, delivering the highest level of service, site visits, designing proposals, managing budget costs, and contract administration.

Furthermore, as a Senior Project Manager, you will also mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on various projects across commercial, residential, and healthcare sectors.
• Ensure top-notch service delivery through effective project programming.
• Conduct site visits and develop design proposals in line with client requirements.
• Oversee budget costs and contract administration, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Mentor and support team members, contributing to the overall success and growth of the team.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

• Demonstrable track record in Project Management roles within a Construction Consultancy environment, backed by a strong portfolio of successfully completed projects.
• Experience across varied build sectors, showcasing versatility and adaptability.
• Accredited membership with professional bodies such as APM, RICS, or CIOB is highly desirable, reflecting a commitment to professional excellence.
• Excellent client-facing abilities and commercial awareness to understand and meet client needs effectively.
• Ability to commute to and from site locations, ensuring hands-on involvement and project oversight.
