The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

The Senior Construction Project Manager will be instrumental in managing a diverse portfolio of projects. This role demands a blend of expert knowledge and strong leadership skills to ensure the successful delivery of each project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing project planning, ensuring resource allocation aligns with project goals and timelines.
• Coordinating effectively with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and design teams, to ensure smooth project progression.
• Ensuring that all projects meet their respective deadlines and budget constraints.
• Providing expert advice and implementing innovative solutions to overcome project challenges.
• Upholding the highest standards of quality and efficiency throughout each phase of the project.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

• Chartered status (RICS/APM) is ideal, showcasing a commitment to professional excellence, but this is not an essential requirement.
• Significant previous experience in a Consultancy role, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the construction consultancy landscape.
• A degree in Project Management or a relevant equivalent qualification, providing a solid foundation in project management principles.
• A strong background in managing Commercial Projects, ensuring proficiency in this key sector.
• Possession of a full driver's license, essential for site visits and client meetings.
