The Senior Building Surveyor will ideally be a professional individual with previous consultancy experience and proven project delivery skills.

• MRICS qualification is ideal but not essential
• Both project and professional experience is beneficial
• Previous management or business development experience is ideal
• An open-minded and flexible individual
