An established and family-oriented building consultancy seeks to strengthen their Birmingham team by adding a dedicated Senior Building Surveyor eager to advance their career.

The Senior Building Surveyors' role

The new Senior Building Surveyor will become part of a thriving business consisting of 25 skilled professionals across three successful offices.

This exciting position offers the Senior Building Surveyor the opportunity to engage in a diverse range of dynamic projects, primarily within the education sector, including sport, leisure, science, lab, heritage, and mixed-use/multi-purpose schemes.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will gain invaluable industry exposure and experience in a supportive environment that fully embraces and nurtures your professional ideas and aspirations.

The Senior Building Surveyor

• RICS Accredited Building Surveying Degree
• Chartered with MRICS is beneficial but NOT essential
• Experience within the education market is beneficial but not essential
• An ambitious and enthusiastic individual
