An independent property consultancy is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their Bristol team.

The Senior Building Surveyors' role

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will join an established business with a strong client base and an expanding portfolio, focusing on commercial projects across the South West.

The Senior Building Surveyor will be exposed to a variety of sectors within the commercial consultancy world, including education, office, and retail.

This opportunity is ideal for a Senior Building Surveyor keen to develop their career within a supportive environment, exposed to the full range of Building Surveying services, encompassing both project and professional aspects.

The Senior Building Surveyor

• MRICS qualified
• Previous experience within a commercial consultancy environment
• Exposure to sectors such as education, office, and retail
• Ability to deliver a range of Building Surveying services
