Senior Building Surveyor

A highly successful multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy is seeking to expand their Birmingham team by adding a dedicated Senior Building Surveyor.

The Senior Building Surveyors' role

The Senior Building Surveyor will join their national building consultancy, benefiting from a dynamic and thriving environment. The successful Senior Building Surveyor will collaborate closely with the team to support a growing pipeline of projects.

Responsibilities will include providing professional services such as technical due diligence, feasibility studies, condition reports, valuations, and contract administration.

This is a prime opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor with ambitions to continue progressing. The role offers the chance to take on further responsibilities such as key account management and business development support.

The Senior Building Surveyor

• A BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS qualification is preferred
• Proven experience in mentioned professional services
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Ambitious and driven to take on additional responsibilities
