Senior Building Surveyor

A national leading construction consultancy is actively seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their Leeds office, a vibrant hub comprising 15 dedicated professionals.

This role offers the unique opportunity to become a key player within a focused Building Surveying team of three, leveraging your expertise to guide and enhance project delivery.

The Senior Building Surveyor role

As the Senior Building Surveyor, you will be entrusted with managing a variety of projects, particularly within the education, retail, and commercial markets.

As well as this, the Senior Building Surveyor will have a responsibility to support and mentor APC level Building Surveyors, providing them with the guidance and insights needed to achieve their professional qualifications.

The Senior Building Surveyor

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Building Surveyor, with a proven track record of managing projects across education, retail, and commercial sectors.
• MRICS qualified ideally
• A strong mentorship capability, with a passion for supporting the professional development of APC level Building Surveyors.
• Excellent project management skills, capable of leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Outstanding communication and client liaison abilities, fostering positive relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• A collaborative team player, who thrives in a supportive environment and contributes positively to the team's dynamic and success.
