Senior Building Surveyor

A well-known and successful multi-disciplined construction firm are looking for a dedicated Senior Building Surveyor to bolster their Manchester team.

The Senior Building Surveyors' role

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will have an initial focus within the commercial, retail and industrial sectors, with the opportunity to hone in on one of these, if preferred.

The Senior Building Surveyor will also play a pivotal role in the development of the current team, providing both day to day and APC specific support.

This role offers the successful Senior Building Surveyor not only wide industry exposure, but the unique opportunity to focus their career in one particular direction, whether this be a specific sector/project focus, or professional service.

The Senior Building Surveyor

The Senior Building Surveyor will ideally be an open-minded individual with a breadth of experience behind them.

• MRICS qualification is preferred but not essential
• Similar consultancy / real estate background
• Management experience, or at least happy to step into a role including this
