Senior Building Surveyor

A leading multi-disciplinary built environment consultancy is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their thriving Manchester team.

The Senior Building Surveyor role

As the new Senior Building Surveyor, you will become a pivotal member of the Manchester Building Surveying team, taking on a range of responsibilities that will challenge and develop your skills.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor duties will include undertaking all aspects of professional surveying work, such as condition surveys, specific defect analysis, party wall consultancy, dilapidations, insurance inspections, claims advice, and reinstatement cost assessment valuations.

Additionally, the Senior Building Surveyor will be tasked with carrying out site surveys, including measured surveys, condition surveys, and defect analysis, ensuring high standards are met consistently.

The Senior Building Surveyor

• A strong background in both project and professional services.
• A passion for delivering first-class advice to clients and a commitment to contributing to the team's success are essential qualities.
• Consultancy experience.
• Ideally MRICS qualified.
