The Senior Building Surveyor

• Demonstrated experience as a Building Surveyor, with a strong preference for those already at a Senior level.
• Expertise in handling projects within the specified sectors, showcasing a comprehensive understanding and ability to deliver on client expectations.
• Leadership qualities, with a proven track record of mentoring and developing junior staff.
• Excellent communication skills, vital for fostering client relationships and ensuring collaborative success within the team.
• Ambition for career progression, with a clear aspiration to progress to an Associate within the consultancy.
