A successful multi-disciplinary consultancy is currently on the lookout for an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join their thriving Liverpool office.

The Senior Building Surveyor role

The chosen Senior Building Surveyor will be an integral part of the team, working closely with clients across a diverse range of sectors including education, sport, healthcare, hospitality, life sciences, retail, residential, and public.

The Senior Building Surveyor will not only contribute their technical knowledge and project management skills but will also play a crucial role in client relationship management, delivering professional services that exceed expectations.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects across the specified sectors, maintaining a hands-on approach throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide expert advice and consultancy services on a variety of Building Surveying matters.
• Engage in business development activities to foster existing relationships and develop new client opportunities.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the consultancy's service offerings across the Liverpool region and beyond.
• Mentor and support junior members of the team, sharing knowledge and promoting professional development.

The Senior Building Surveyor

• Demonstrable experience as a Senior Building Surveyor, with a broad range of sector exposure.
• Ideally MRICS qualified, showcasing a commitment to professional excellence.
• Proven track record in project management, with the ability to lead projects efficiently and effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building lasting relationships with clients and team members.
• A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to various project requirements and challenges.
