The Senior Building Surveyor role

The Senior Building Surveyor will play a critical role in leading and managing a diverse range of building surveying projects, ensuring they are executed with quality and efficiency. This involves:

• Providing expert advice on property and construction, helping clients navigate complex decisions with confidence.
• Actively mentoring junior surveyors in their APC journey, imparting knowledge and experience to guide them towards professional qualification.
• Engaging in business development activities to sustain and expand client relationships, contributing to the firm's growth and reputation.
• Demonstrating exceptional leadership qualities, significantly influencing team development and fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.

• A proven track record of leading building surveying projects, with a keen eye for quality and detail.
• Strong mentoring abilities, with experience guiding junior surveyors through their APC process.
