A small but thriving construction consultancy are looking for a bright Senior Building Surveyor to enhance their Birmingham team.

The Senior Building Surveyors' role

In this role, the Senior Building Surveyor will become an integral part of a vibrant and family-feel team of 15.

This role offers the successful Senior Building Surveyor the opportunity to manage a variety of diverse projects across various sectors such as residential, education, commercial and healthcare.

Person specification

The Senior Building Surveyor will ideally be a bright and driven individual with previous consultancy experience behind them.

• MRICS qualification is ideal but not essential
• Proven experience in successfully delivering project across a variety of sectors
• Management experience/skills is beneficial
