Senior Building Surveyor

A medium-sized, independent construction and property consultancy are looking to enhance the Birmingham team with a driven Senior Building Surveyor.

The Senior Building Surveyors' role

The Senior Building Surveyor will become an integral part of a vibrant building consultancy division and family-feel team of 15.

The role offers the successful Senior Building Surveyor the opportunity to manage a variety of diverse projects across various sectors such as residential, education, commercial and healthcare.

As well as this, the Senior Building Surveyor will be responsible for supporting the current team in providing a range of building surveying professional services including defect diagnosis, TDD, condition surveys and dilapidations.

The Senior Building Surveyor

The Senior Building Surveyor will ideally be a self-motivated and driven individual who's keen to make a difference, within a collaborative and progressive environment.

Requirements:

• MRICS qualification is ideal but not essential, must be keen to complete this process
• Previous consultancy experience is preferred
• Proven experience in successfully delivering a wide variety of projects
