The Role of the Senior Building Surveyor

The selected Senior Building Surveyor will be a key member of the team, taking on significant projects across the North West. The role involves:

• Leading and managing a variety of building surveying projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Providing expert advice on building design, construction, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment.
• Progressing into a leadership role, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the strategic direction of the team.
• Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Enhancing client relationships and developing new business opportunities.

This role is tailor-made for a Senior Building Surveyor who is ready to step up, demonstrating leadership qualities and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of their work.

The Candidate

• A RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying.
• Considerable post-qualification experience, ideally within a consultancy environment.
• Strong technical knowledge, especially in the commercial and residential sectors.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Excellent communication and client liaison abilities.
• A drive to take on more responsibilities and advance within the company.
