Senior Building Surveyor

An award winning Building Surveying Consultancy are now looking for an eager and experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join their growing team in Edinburgh.

The Senior Building Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be working predominantly within the commercial sector focusing on tasks including dilapidations, contract administration, project management and pre-acquisition surveys.

Alongside this, the Senior Building Surveyor will be working on a range of projects within the industrial, education and retail sectors. For example, they are currently working on a big student accomodation project.

This is a great opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor who is looking to gain further exposure into the Building Surveying indsutry and develop their career.

The Senior Building Surveyor

• A Degree in Building Surveying
• Experience within the commercial, industrial and retail sectors
• Professional services experience
• Confident with managing a variety of clients

In Return, the Senior Building Surveyor will receive:
